We proudly put the “eh” in eggs

Canada is a land full of diverse and delicious culinary traditions. But no matter where you travel—from Vancouver to the Maritimes—we can all agree that there’s one all-star ingredient that always takes the cake (or helps make the cake!): eggs.

We truly are a nation enamoured by these little oval marvels, even though our reasons for loving eggs are as unique as we are.
