Here in Canada, 1,290 egg farmers and farm families across all 10 provinces and the Northwest Territories provide a steady supply of eggs—to the tune of over 11 billion eggs every year!
It’s all made possible thanks to Canada’s system of supply management, which enables egg farmers to keep Canada’s food supply reliable and close to home.
