Egg Farmers of Canada’s commitment to continuous improvement and superior benefits make it an excellent place to work. Don’t just take our word for it; see what the National Capital Top 30 had to say about us when we won in 2014.
EFC is a not-for-profit organization helping hard-working Canadian farmers supply Canadians with fresh, local, high-quality eggs. Our staff is challenged, motivated, constantly learning, and most importantly, excited about the work they do.
We offer staff professional development, support for work-life realities and opportunities to support worthy initiatives like the CIBC Run for the Cure and Food Banks Canada. Our building is right downtown, has a gym, free underground parking and a rooftop patio. We share our great location, known as the Agricultural Campus, with the Dairy Farmers of Canada, the Canadian Federation of Agriculture and the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers.
We currently don’t have any open positions with Egg Farmers of Canada, however we are still accepting resumes. Please forward your resume and indicate your area of interest to email@example.com.

Staff conference day
Once a year, we host our Staff Conference Day where we review the upcoming business plan. It is a day to step back, and it gives us an opportunity to celebrate our achievements and gear up for the year ahead. We strengthen our bond as a team by volunteering some time during the day toward one of our many community partner organizations.
